FAR too busy for blogging these days, what with the:
hamilton community centre opening
deer lake park
richmond nature park
richmond family place golf tournament:
burnaby village museum:
steveston maritime festival:
...and of course geocaching [a definition of which is here]:
phew.. makes me tired just thinking about it. in there, sascha, my dad and the children also managed to avoid the vancouver rioting by leaving the city just after the second period and ferodo vaselini has made another appearance in the house...

aly and grandad geocaching on the beach
toby and zoe watching the planes at the airport from terra nova
once again, it's been a geocaching-filled couple of weeks. i'm very happy the weather has been improving because it's made for fewer mud-filled caches! this is toby retrieving a particularly muddy one:
on the way back to the car from this particular cache, toby noticed a small gap in the bushes and behind them lay this lovely old boardwalk which wound its way down to the beach.
mum and dad have been making the most of their trip. they've managed to go to 2 places we've never made it to: Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's Classical Chinese Garden and the Vancouver Art Gallery - both of which they enjoyed.
tomorrow we're off to see the tall ships in steveston and then monday is Richmond Family Place's golf tournament. sascha and i are going to try not to win again this year ;p
