when aly and toby went outside to play with the neighbours, all the boys were playing hockey. even aly's friend brianna had her hockey stick out. the boys asked if aly had a hockey stick - which naturally she does and so aly and toby had their first game of street hockey - aged 2 and 3 yrs respectively - probably a little behind schedule for canadians.

due to all the golf practice, toby's pretty good with a hockey stick. aly did a lot of organizing teams and very little playing! toby got a few booboos, but i explained i'm not allowed to kiss hockey booboos better because you have to be tough :-)

after everyone lost interest in the hockey [or more specifically, lost the balls], aly, brianna and toby went on a bug hunt
