the 3 of us went on a very cheap [free for under 5s] day out to the vancouver maritime museum. i didn't realise until after we came away from the museum that aly thought the focus of the museum - the st. roch - was a real live pirate ship. i haven't had a heart to tell her otherwise [it, in fact, belonged to the police force]. we finished off with a trip to the beach right outside the museum.
