this was our girls weekend to qualicum beach (on vancouver island). it was wonderful - very restful. i didn't even whine too much about the 6.00am wake up to catch the ferry. there was sea air, walks on the beach, slobbing about, drinking, eating and shopping. i even had time to paint my nails and read a magazine for the first time in months. i can't wait for next year!.
